Official Ballot on How to Break Tie

The best way that I can think of to break a tie is with a random flip of a coin. However, if I flip the coin there are problem of witnesses. Therefore there are two possible options here....

1. Digital and 9000 live together. One could flip and one could witness. The problem is they had the same vote....so that may make some uncomfortable with that method, but I would trust them.

2. I will get on gmail chat in the same fashion that we drafted. As many of us are available could get online briefly to watch. I will quickly type numbers ...so fast that where I end up would be very random...like this 35618235761283562103562130598723149832749832648712354892356`-837421653892375283746328462983652835621093586..... option one could be any even number or zero...while option 3 could be any odd #. (This may seem ridiculous but try it for yourself...if you go fast enough...you really have no control on what # you stop)
