Taylor informed me this morning that the rankings have been updated on Yahoo. This is surprising considering they did not do this last year. However, that's exactly what has happened and our bylaws state that we go by the rankings which are current as of the day we announce our keepers. That being said, the most relevant rankings with the pick it's going to cost you are outlined below:

If the rankings do continue being updated, I would not be surprised to see Shonn Greene slip into the top 10.

I can't believe Reggie is in the top ten and but Greene and Mendenhall are not. I've usually been satisfied with Yahoo's Rankings, but this year I think they are pretty far off base.
ReplyDeleteI actually thought the previous rankings were much more reasonable. What's funny is that it comes from the average of the 4 yahoo writers and Ryan Mathews' ranking was something like: 12,11,13,12 which gave him a composite of 8. There is no chance in hell that Reggie Wayne will be more valuable than S-Jax, Mendenhall, or Greene.
